This is the distribution of rnototex that I used at my previous job.
It took me ages to get it all working, but here it is.

The sources are in VMS Pascal, and can be built using the files

  compile_rnototex.com
  link_rnototex.com

For those who don't have Pascal, I've made an executable on the only
VMS system I have access to nowadays, which is a VAX running OpenVMS
v6.1; to avoid excitement with transferring to and from the Un*x-based
CTAN archives, that executable is zip'ed using the info-zip package
(an unzipper is available from tex-archive/tools/info-zip/VMS/
unz512x-vax.exe -- just run it to extract the contents).

The author of this stuff is Peter Vanroose ([email protected])
but he no longer supports it. As far as I can tell, this distribution
works, but in the absence of any serious runoff files, I've not tested
it very fully.
